Cleaners are also reference-checked and have the right to work in the United Kingdom. 

Pristine Eco Clean does not provide key holding service. However, Key Security Deposit Form will be provided if required.

Although we prioritise secure access to your property, clients are responsible for arranging access for their cleaners.  

We suggest leaving keys directly with the cleaner or at a secure location near your home (e.g., a combination lock or trusted neighbours). for collection and return on the day of your scheduled cleaning. If you encounter difficulties with key arrangements,  don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will explore available solutions.

Pristine Eco Clean is fully insured with comprehensive Public and Employee Liability Insurance provided by Churchill Insurance Company Limited.  

This coverage protects you against accidental damage from our services(ensuring your peace of mind).

You can cancel your cleaning session anytime, but please provide 48 hours notice and our Terms and Conditions to secure a cleaner for you.
